Say how many copies of which book(s) you want, sent to which address(s). For media mail delivery within the continental US, add US$5.00 shipping/handling for the first item in each shipment and US$0.75 for each additional item in the same shipment (to the same address). For other shipping options, please include the question in your fax and supply a return fax or email address for us to respond.

We'll need your name, billing address, credit card number (and the name on the card if different than yours) with its expiration date and 3- or 4-digit security code number, as well as an e-mail or phone number to contact you in the event of any problems with the card or the order.

If you get voice mail during those hours or at any other time, you can leave a message with your name, billing address, the items you want to order, the shipping address(es) if different from the billing address, and your method of payment.
